Do I need the internet to edit a PDF?
UrjaPDF performs its desktop PDF operations locally. An internet connection is required for first activation and periodic license verification; document content is not sent to the licensing API for processing.
When does the free trial begin?
Your 30-day trial begins on first successful activation, not when you register or download the installer.
Can I use the same license on multiple computers?
Device allowances depend on the purchased plan. Licenses are activated against specific devices, and transfers can be requested through support.
How do I receive my license key?
After your payment is verified and a license is issued, the licensing system emails your license details to your registered address. Contact [email protected] for assistance.
Purchase URLs are external checkout links configured by an administrator. A click on a payment link does not automatically issue a license. The admin must verify payment and issue the license; automated fulfillment requires a payment-provider-specific verified webhook.
